This original scan of Luppi from Bleach has no text over the image. Therefore I can not begin to fathom why you would think that the image needed "cleaning".
"Cleaning" an image involves taking one that has text over the image like this. Not painting white over the text in the background.
It certainly does not involve taking the image and enlarging it.
It is against the rules to post scans that have been enlarged.
